This was an open box purchase. There was visible damage to the lower shelf corner. Several wires and the corner were bent down and can not be straighten. The unit could still be assembled, but the damage does take away from its appearance. It is much lighter weight than expected for a "heavy duty", "thickened" wire shelf unit. I have previously purchased other brands labelled "heavy duty" which were made with heavier gauge wire and were reinforced down the center of the shelf for additional support. The wheels are good quality. I am happy with the size of the unit and its mobility, so I am using it for light duty items in the basement. The price is a little high for the condition and quality of the product received. I would not purchase it again new or open box.
