This item was very easy to assemble and looks just as pictured in the description. it is very sturdy and has enough space on the shelves to hold many things and provide a lot of storage and a garage or a basement. I am going to use it for my basement storage.

What we needed!!!!!! So easy to put together and great quality sturdy metal. This was life saver and we needed this to help organize our garage. We are buying two more and our neighbors bought some too!

This shelving is a lot sturdier than I thought it was going to be. The metal is thin but it has good support braces built in to each shelf. It was a little difficult to get the brackets down into the holes all the way. It took some extra beating with the included plastic hammer. It didn’t take long to assemble and I was able to easily move it where I needed it to go when I was done. The only issue was all the hardware bags were thin and were torn during shipping. So hardware was everywhere when I opened the box.

This 5-tier metal shelving unit looks promising on paper, but in practice it falls short of its “heavy-duty” claims. I would classify it as light- to medium-duty at best. While it advertises a 2000 lb total capacity, the materials don’t inspire much confidence. The metal used throughout—especially in the legs and shelf supports—is thin and bends far too easily, even during normal assembly. One of the biggest issues is the packaging. The shelves are packed tightly to the exact width of the box, so any damage during shipping transfers directly to the metal panels. Mine arrived with visible bends, which immediately set a disappointing tone. Assembly is straightforward in theory, but not without frustration. Hammering the shelves into place, as instructed, often bends the brackets. The structure relies heavily on gravity and a few plastic connectors, including the piece that joins the top and bottom halves, which feels particularly flimsy. I also found the sharp metal edges easy to cut yourself on, so caution is definitely needed. On the positive side, the powder-coated finish looks decent, and the unit itself isn’t unattractive. The pegboard feature is useful, though the mounting holes didn’t align properly. Overall, it works for lighter storage needs, but I wouldn’t purchase it again. 2 out of 5 stars.
