It was bought because we needed a unique size for the space. It was easy to put together, but the ballot included was very helpful. It is not as sturdy as we thought based upon the description, but we are using it to hold baskets for sorting in our laundry room, and it fits its purpose well. The adjustable shelving was a huge selling point.
