Flimsy. Pieces were just shoved in a box and dirty. 3 drawers arrived broken, waiting on replacements. I knew I wasn't getting something hand crafted or super-sturdy, but this was a let down. Hoping it survives its temporary purpose in my house and then we can get rid of it.

I bought this item as storage for my beading supplies. It is the right height and right amount of drawers for all my tools and beads and other accessories. My problem was that one of the smaller bins was cracked and chipped at one corner when I opened the box. I had reached out customer service and a replacement bin has supposedly been ordered. But I still have not received it until now. The other problem was that there was no way for me to place the top shelf unto the storage chest without it falling off. I just went ahead and used clear packing tape to tape the top shelf in place all the way around. It's usable but it would have been much better if the replacement bin arrives and that the top shelf can stay in place without taping.

LOVE IT! Easy to assemble, holds a lot of stuff (more than I expected!) and looks very sleek with the rounded edges. Rolls around easily and I love the extra spaces on top.
