Shoddy and cheap materials. I ordered 2 and both had defects. One arrived in a taped up box containing broken brackets. The other had a broken zipper. The shelves themselves are pieces of cardboard.

Moves easily and gives the extra spaced that’s needed.

I can't put it together because I am short one piece and have an extra piece that I don't need. I purchased this before and I truly love this product. Sweaters and tops fit perfectly. I am getting ready to call customer service. I giving it a 1 star, because there were no directions and all of the pieces were not correct. I cannot finish putting it together.
