part came broken, didn’t realize until we were halfway done installing. I just fixed it myself so I didn’t have to take anything down. But it looks nice and works well

This was packed well but they never tried to dust off the pieces. There was tons of sawdust on everything. The screws, dowels, and other pieces were all dumped into one bag. a mess! The instructions were horrible! The product itself is made well. There was a ding on one of the side panels but not worth sending back. Compared to other items I have received from Wayfair I'm disappointed in the company's lack of pride in how they present their product.

Closet looks really good. Pretty durable. Fits perfectly in my closet. Few things that I didn't like or found annoying: many of the wooden parts are missing the holes and some has it (as you can see in the picture attached). Assembly isn't very straight forward and takes a lot of time. Instructions are not that good. Also the top I am not sure how durable it will be with thing loaded on top. I tried to reinforce it a little by having an extra piece of wood under nailed to the stud. For the price, it's pretty good!
