Works but the cups that receive the plastic inserts are upside down—-so now my shelf surfaces are also upside down. Still, it holds my stuff okay.

Shopping and customer service is good. Supplier not so much. Marston shelf was missing all the mounting hardware.

Simple to assemble, although pay special attention to set aside the four bars that go on the top as they can only be attached at the bottom. Well packaged and it assembled quickly. Just what I needed for our small apartment garage storage closet.

Pretty easy to put together. Great organizer for laundry room.
