Uodate I figured out a tip is to make sure the toe of of the shoe is up because there is the small flat part inside and if the shoe isnt toe up its not in as much as I can be and may affect how many shoes. The other for low low sandals or.sneakrrs bit I usually have to wear thick shoes. Especially city dog walks. So I hope that helps you. It was a great price at the time and image search showed it elsewhere for able or triple the price. It survived me dropping sometimes a piece. Oh! Also for thr top drawer lay the whole thing face down to screen in the pivot insert. It has to be just right and its heavy Leave film on til the end and you are set.! But makes my shows look dirty haha! So have to clean them.

It is perfect. Instead of entering my house seeing a bunch of shoes on the floor, you see this beautiful cabinet. I am so glad I purchased this cabinet.

Went together well although I sure wish the mechanism was metal instead of plastic. Also I was surprised that the mirror is not actual mirror but some type of wavy plastic sticker that pretends to be a mirror. It's not as clear or polished as a real mirror. I hated it at first because of that but with 4 little kids I figure it's probably for the better, now nobody can shatter it. But be aware that it's not a true glass mirror.
