We bought several (4) of the closet units to install in our walk-in and they make great space for all our needs. The drawers are more like baskets well constructed for clothing.

a bit disappointed with the closet system. It is too small for what we have and the cloth drawers they use are very unsteady and a handle was missing for one of them. Again......I had three closet systems put in for a total of four handymen doing the assembly through Angi. Out of the four only one was pleasant, clean, professional, did a perfect job and asked questions of our preference and did a super job with clean up. I think next time I will purchase from Wayfair and not use Angi through them but arrange Angi on my own, Not sure if there is any difference in price but I know that I will have more control over the scheduling. At one point I had three handymen here with limited space.
