200lb capacity is a freaking joke. Maybe the base can hold 200lbs.the "metal" bar bends with a 5lb weight on it. Unbelievably poor quality.

I purchased this product from 2 different companies, Wayfair being the 2nd attempt, and both times the porcelain base came broken. I think the damage is happening in transit from the manufacturer to companies, like Wayfair, and not when shipped stateside by UPS or Fedex. Luckily, Wayfair did make the return and refund process very easy but it is super annoying as this would have worked perfectly for what I needed.
