3 Stars because 1 of the posts is warped beyond use, so I can't assemble the unit. There is no contact info for the manufacturer, other than an e-mail address. I have reached out to Wayfair and they should be sending me a replacement part. Once I get that and get the unit assembled, I will update this review. I did purchase a different unit from the same manufacturer that is fine, as I suspect this one will be once I get the replacement part. The photos show both ends of the same part (VERTICAL BAR). Just kind of disappointing, but these things happen... UPDATE: Wayfair took care of me and I finally got the shelf put together yesterday. It took less than an hour to assemble and is perfect. Holds a LOT and keeps things off the basement floor. So, 5 stars for Wayfair!
