The build quality is pretty good. Its fairly simple to assemble. Seems like it will hold up and function well. There are some inconsistencies with paint on a couple of arms as pictured. That is why it lost a star. Overall though, this seems like it will work as intended and I am happy with the results.

I am always looking for heavy duty storage racks for all the stuff my husband and I have inside and out of our garage. When I saw this rack and being it said it was for displaying sofas I knew I could make it work for what I needed it for. It is very strong and sturdy and I know I am going to be able to get a lot of our bigger items neat and out of the way. I would definitely recommend this.
