NOT fun or easy to put together, & very vague instructions, plus multiple small packages of hardware. The little hammer is pointless. Note, their images show SMALL shoe sizes, so fitment of taller or larger shoes is not quite as shown. Had to get creative to fit more than 2 pairs per cube. I tried to put it on to little wheel bases, so I could move it to vacuum easier but, that didn't work at all. I'm not taking it apart to return it, but I definitely wouldn't buy it again!

I have assembled everything I own and up to now there has not been anything too complex for me to assemble, except this item. The instructions are so confusing and even if you tried to assemble it based on logic without instructions, it was just impossible. So disappointed and I had to pay almost 20.00 to return for a stocking fee. So frustrated as I have spent a lot of money at Wayfair. Oh well, lesson learned.

Cheap quality. Did not received all the parts. Not worth wasting money

This was very versatile and stylish in my entry way. I am so grateful on how many shoes this held.
