Took way more time than expected to set up so that bikes were adequately spaced apart and brackets securely in place without moving. Lower bracket needed to be secured as tight as possible otherwise the bracket slid down once the bike was mounted on it. Would probably be helpful to place a rubber ring below the bracket to help hold it in place. To get adequate space between two bikes, had to position upper bracket on the uppermost section of the post which proved to be too small in diameter to hold the bracket in place with only the collar; inserted three thicknesses of cardboard between pole and collar which helped but collar still needed to rest on locking ring. Positioning and repositioning the brackets was arduous, having to disassemble and then reassemble with the little hex wrench which repeatedly slipped out of my hand to fall on the floor. On the positive side, the pole was fairly easy to set up and secure. Components seem to be sturdy and durable. Can be done by one person but better to have two to hold components in place while using hex wrench. I'm skeptical that you could fit three adult bikes on here in a standard ceiling height room. Works well enough to keep but took hours to set up.

The listing did not mention an important installation requirement: that you need to DRILL HOLES INTO THE FLOOR (concrete or wood floor) for the bike stand to be functional & stay in place. In fact the listing says verbatim: "Easy Installation: The retractable and quick-release design facilitates quick installation and removal, allowing you to easily install this product without drilling holes or breaking walls." THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. That is the reason I sent it back..because I refuse to drill holes into the floor (I am a renter of my apartment and do not have the option of altering the integrity of the floor). I can't believe, after having to deal with buying a product that had false advertising in the description, that I had to PAY for return shipping. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Bought for our son due to small storage inside house. Holds 3 bikes perfectly!

Super easy to assemble, worked great with my 9 foot ceilings.

It was easy to put together. So far holding up kids bikes. It us hard to know when it's "locked" in place, after it spun around when I first loaded the bikes. Still nervous it will fall on my car but it's been holding up well even with the occasional bump into it.
