The instructions were missing some of the pieces and weren’t the most clear. Also, the packaging is what really is giving the stars. The outer metal structure - most of the pieces were bent from how they were packaged and for being steel it shouldn’t bend that easily. The metal also scratched all of the wood pieces so the all have gouges missing from the board. The finally straw was the dry absorbing sheet in each box - it took off the finish from several pieces of my structure. I don’t think I would purchase this again.
