I put two of these up. One in my utility room near my washing machine and one in my backyard for pool towels. They’re OK, but it’s difficult to adequately tighten the lines. As long as you’re hanging light items (socks, underwear, T-shirts) there’s no issue but blankets or even towels tend to pull the line awfully low, no matter how much I tighten re-tighten the line. I’m able to use this but I wouldn’t buy this brand again. I’ve used many retractable clothes lines in my years and this one is much harder to tighten than most.

When two or three clothes are hung, the rope will hang down.
