I have to repurchase, the price went up to 53, and this is a so call “sale.” I literally bought this for 27, so how is 53 a sale

Very disappointing. It arrived with black markings all over the closet pole. I wanted to use it in our laundry room in its natural finish, but I can't get the black markings off. I've spent about 3 hours trying to sand off the marks without any luck. I'm going to put in the trash and start over. I'm surprised someone thought this acceptable to send to a customer when it was shipped. I've been striking lately with my purchases from Wayfair.
