I knew something was weird when after I placed my order the item was removed from the site. Once I received it I noticed that the doors were clear and did not have a mirror finish. I was willing to accept replacement doors but after they could not confirm if they were available I chose to cancel the order. The kicker is that at first they wouldn’t provide a return and used this sad excuse that” it was already in a supplier transfer”. After I explained that it was not an acceptable answer, they told me that they were going to charge me a return fee for sending back a defective item! Eventually the charge was waived once I spoke with Joseph from escalations. He was also rude and said he didn’t have to waive the fee but was doing me a favor. Not only will never buy from Wayfair again, I will make sure certain brands do not use them as well. They messed with the wrong customer this time!

Exactly what I wanted and it was easy to assemble

So happy with my purchase! Great quality and does not look cheap. Organizes my shoes and blends well with my living room. I was able to assemble it by myself in 3hrs. One of the most challenging furniture that I have assembled but it’s worth it. And my cat approves!
