This is the second time we’ve received this item, and both arrived damaged in the exact same area. The finish also appears to have been affected by water. For clarity, the item was never left outside, and there has been no rain in the past five days. This confirms the damage did not happen on our end. We now have two identical pieces of furniture with the same defects. While we were understanding the first time, receiving a second damaged item is simply unacceptable. On top of that, I’m being asked to pay $50 to return an item that was defective not once, but twice. This is completely unreasonable. Very disappointed with the quality control and overall experience. I would not recommend this product.

Not a great first impression at Nayfair. My first purchase came in defective. The doors couldn't close. Came with the wrong hinges or the wrong doors. Waiting for replacement parts. Good luck Wayfair...

Finally found pantry storage cabinet that fit my space. Took 7 hours to put together went well until near completion. Instructions tell you to assemble top to bottom on the floor before standing it up. The design is totally inadequate to keep the 2 sections together. If it were not attached to a wall it wouldn’t be stable as the connecting parts are simply insufficient to hold it all together and stable. Also tightened all the attachments securely but the sections are a bit wobbly. When we stood it up of course the 2 sections didn’t hold and it fell apart breaking the connecting dowels (totally inadequate). Put together lots of RTA this one was disappointing. Waiting on sellers response.

This cabinet arrived very quickly, it was easy to put together and for the price it's a very nice cabinet.
