Things I disliked in order of importance: Shoes have to be squished to fit into the shoe holder. The bench is not stable and tips over when you open it. Too expensive for the quality, which is on the cheaper side. Need a small screwdriver to adequately tighten some screws. The cushion is just loose. Velcro stickers would have been an easy way to fix this.
