Not a good steamer. I have a small business and steam wedding and other formal dresses pretty much every day. This one leaked, spit out water, stopped working. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a jiffy, they're the best!!

This unit works great! It heats up quickly and the steam output is consistent. The only thing I would change is a gauge on the water tank so you can see how much water is in the reservoir. That didn’t stop me from purchasing a second unit for my mother, though. Great product.

Hate hate hate it when you open the box and the item is missing small, cheap, BUT NECESSARY parts. No excuse so very disappointing in a brand new product. Would NOT recommend.

I thought I was ordering something different than this (my mistake) -- this one is okay but only just okay, nothing great about it; it's a lot of work to make something turn out right
