Disappointed in this iron. I went back and forth debating over this iron due to the price. I finally took the plunge and purchased. The description states that it gives you 2 12 hours of ironing...NOT EVEN CLOSE! Even using minimal steam, it lasts for MAYBE 20 minutes. The iron always stays hot, but the steam is used up quickly. You have to then wait until it cools, refill and then start again...the warm up time takes about 15 minutes. This will be returned...

This was bought for a small tailor shop; our previous i300 lasted more than 5 years with daily, hourly use. This has a couple improvements and seems actually sturdier than the older version. We know that you can turn it on and it'll start, every time, without us having to worry about it.

I purchased both this and the Reliable Corp ironing board for a family member who is an accomplished seamstress and very picky about her pressing products. She is thrilled with both these products.

The i300 Iron Station by Reliable and the Home Vacuum and Up-Air Pressing Table by Reliable are holy ground for me especially the vacuum table!I am blown away how much better it is to iron with a pro iron and this vacuum table. The vacuum table makes it much easier to spread out and keep in place the item you intend to iron. All comes out perfectly, wish I would have know a long time ago how much better ironing can be when using such products, I will never go back to a regular consumer type steam iron.[...]Highly recommend the store and the products.
