Basic problem is that it slides out of the cabinet 20.5 inches and the trash cans are 21.5 inches. Such that the back can sits 1-inch inside the cabinet. You cannot remove the back can without first removing the front one. Next problem is the cans stick to a floating plastic base piece. Take a can out and the base tries to come out with it. Next problem is the plastic cross pieces that separate the cans have their screws in a hard to use position. With tax its nearly $400, nearly 3-times the price of our original unit. I expected more.

Love, love, love this much more than I thought I would. I ordered this during a kitchen remodel as a little fun perk but we use it all the time and appreciate not having to pull the drawer open when our hands are dirty or full.
