The side walls are sturdy and hold their shape well, which makes it feel durable and reliable. I do wish it include a lid but not a big deal breaker. I do love the included bag - it’s not only spacious but also comes with straps so you can wear it like a backpack. That little detail makes carrying laundry so much easier. Overall, a well designed product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and that it’s simple but doesn’t look plain or cheap, it can still fit in with design, we love the bag to be able to transport up and down the stairs or to take for trips. It’s a good size not too small but not too big where you can let yourself drown in laundry. We just moved into our new home and these work great in our bathroom behind the door. I will say my fiance took laundry from the dryer to take upstairs today and the handle snapped off on the side. Idk there’s an easy quick repair like reattaching to basket itself.
