Needed shelves for the Basement these are working out great

Great product and very sturdy with simple instructions. Quality is great and the extra shelf order made a big difference.

This unit is actually a pretty nice unit, for the money, and I would probably give it 3.5 stars if that were possible. I received my initial unit rather quickly (thanks Wayfair!!). However, upon opening the box and checking the contents, it was apparent that 2 of the shelves had been bent/damaged during shipping. It should be noted that the box contains no internal packing whatsoever. The cardboard box, held together by tape, is pretty flimsy and barely holds the parts inside, considering the total weight of the package. Inside the 4 shelves are stacked on top of one another and the support bars are enclosed in their own cardboard boxes. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service and they immediately agreed to send me another unit ASAP and made the whole process completely painless. Upon receiving the 2nd unit, I noticed that a couple of the support bars from the original unit had also been bent/damaged during shipping. Fortunately, I was able to assemble one good shelving unit out of the 2 boxes. Assembly was fairly simple, with a bit of trial and error, but in the end it came together just fine. Needless to say, the assembly instructions are somewhat sketchy, but using these instructions and some common sense, you shouldn't have a problem. 5 Stars for Wayfair and 3.5 for Safeco and their shelving unit.

I installed these shelves in a large home office addition storage closet. They are very well constructed and handle all kinds of weight without any evidence of sagging or other wear. They've been in place for nearly five years, and in continuous use without any problems. I heartily recommend them in terms of quality and practicality.
