I don't know why they are asking me write a review when I just sent a large customer complaint about what happened. The storage cabinet arrived bent, scuffed, shelfs warped. Completely unusable. Customer service chat didn't know what was going on (felt like i was maybe talking to a robot instead of a person.) I kept saying there was no way we could bring two giant unboxed cabinets to fedex to return. They sent it up to higher ups once i kept saying we would never use their business again. Four days later I got a phone call from someone who sounded like they were in a tunnel - i thought it was a telemarketer so i hung up - looked up the phone number and it turns out it was Wayfair. Minutes later I got an email that they were finally giving me a full refund.

One of the cabinets had a couple of dents and a weld on the lower frame was cracked. I’ll live with it.
