I was deeply disappointed with this purchase. The safe frequently fails to open, even when both the number lock and fingerprint scanner are engaged. This occurred just before an international trip, preventing me from accessing my passport. After enduring several hours of frustration, the safe finally opened. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Safe is solid and well built. However, the fingerprint reader does not work, which is why I bought this particular model. Don’t waste your money for this feature. I have sent them a notice about this issue and am waiting to hear from them if it can be resolved.
