Wayfair was one of only a few places that sold a good quality commercial grade shelving unit of this size. I really appreciate the high quality of the shelves, poles, and wheels. Very sturdy piece for my kitchen appliances and some pantry items. Easy to assemble. Arrived in great shape, and it was packed well by the manufacturer.

These shelves are my absolute favorite! They can be assembled in many configurations to suit my needs. I assembled this one using all 5 shelves on half of the uprights to hold heavy cast iron skillets. Shelf height can be adjusted whenever needs change. I use a rubber mallet.

It's a good product, well made with a couple of exceptions. The brake on the wheels could be designed better. There is no label for which side of the brake lever applies and which removes the braking. Also, I found it awkward to apply the brakes with my foot. Maybe a larger brake lever would help. The plastic pieces that seat the shelves on the poles are just a tad too small around the circumference of the poles and sometimes they fall out while seating a pole. They click securely into the grooves on the pole, but it's easy to get placement slightly wrong where there are double grooves. I assume the double grooves are meant to help set desired shelf height, but maybe another method could be found that doesn't cause this issue. The biggest challenge when assembling is to hold a shelf level to "capture" all four poles at the same time. It would be great if Seville could devise a tool or method to aid in this or maybe, if there's a method to recommend, they could put this in the printed installation guide that's in the box.

The shelves arrived earlier than expected. They were undamaged. My friend assembled them - the plastic caps for the feet are not ideal as they fall off easily, but overall, they were easy to assemble. I am using them in a basement storage area. I was desperately in need of more storage and these will work great! Thank you Wayfair!!
