Shipping was quick-no issues there. The actual vents however, are an issue. 102 degrees in my greenhouse right now and the vents have barely opened. Not good. But they are installed and so I'll ride it out for a bit.

I bought this stove a few years ago and I can't recommend it enough. It creates high cooking heat very quickly and what's better than free fuel that doesn't have to be carried with you? Of course the option also exists, and I have used it as such, to set a small alcohol burner in this stove to cook with liquid or solid fuel. One thing I like about this stove versus a similar design sold on various sites is that the potstands appear to be stronger and will therefore last longer. The only con I can make about burning wood vs alcohol is the soot that it creates on my cookware.
