This device did not come with construction instructions, so I had to contact Wayfair and have them send them to me via email.

NOT RECOMMENDED! PROBLEM: This bike stand does NOT accommodate a Fat Tire Electric Bicycle! If either the front tire or the back tire is tightly positioned between this Floor Stand, the heavy E-bike either leans to the right or left and the top arch of the stand pushes the wheel spokes toward the center of the wheel! This BIke Floor Stand is really overall too small in width and too short in height to accommodate a heavy E-bike, even when the battery is removed!
