have tried to make the stitch straight, I have been constantly but the seams are slant. Also when I'm sewing something thick the machine jumps a bit, which makes me not want to use it. I wrote to ask what it could be, no one gave me an answer, and I have requested the label 5 times to return it and I don't get any. I don't like this poor and bad service, it doesn't make sense to have a sewing machine packed because it doesn't give me the stitch I need. Please give me the label for returns the sewing machine and get my money back.

She makes a lot of handmade costumes and was having problems with needles breaking on her old machine with denim and leather fabrics. She says this heavy duty machine is truly worth the purchase if you’re working on anything with thicker fabrics. She hasn’t broken a needle on this machine yet and is thrilled with the design and ease of use.

This handles heavy duty materials like boat canvas and leather great. It has strong piercing power and sews very quickly and accurately. I would recommend this to anyone who had had at least some prior experience with a machine.

Like using any new machine, it took a couple of times to learn the threading pattern for the bobbin and machine. I mainly use it for clothing repairs, so I sewed a bunch of different types of materials without needing any adjustments. One criticism: after sewing a few garments, the machine started a knocking noise near the hand winder. By lightly pressing the case when the machine was running, the noise went away. I fixed it by pressing the case against the source of the noise, and running an empty bobbin until it no longer made the noise. Overall, this feels like a solid entry-level machine. It does have its ‘heavy duty’ limits (like trying to sew through 6 layers of denim), but feels very user friendly and approachable. A good choice for the novice sewer looking to do bigger projects.
