The delivery came in battered condition. I told the Wayfair reps that I wanted to send it back and get a refund because the way the box looked there would definitely have been damage inside. I also refused to open the already battered up box because once I had taken it apart there was no way I could success tape it up again. The Wayfair reps saw the picture and said the only option was to open it and send pictures or pay for the return shipping. So I ended up generating a return label, will be paying for the return shipping. I would be very cautious about ordering thru Wayfair!!!

I love this rolling laundry cart. My bedroom is upstairs and the laundry room is downstairs. With this cart, I can roll it over to the stairway, toss the laundry into the cart, and roll it into my laundry room. So easy!! (The laundry room is under renovation!).
