Bins are nice, if they can arrive in one piece, for the price, plastic should be little stronger, somewhat fragile…

Tubs were fine. Lids were not. 2 of 3 were broken and Wayfair would not relace because I was less that a week outside of the return window. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Ordered 6, and two arrived damaged—NO PACKING MATERIAL in the boxes, so one throw, would break the thin plastic!!! I thought they would be great with wheels and handles, but the Rubbermaid ones are a lot STURDIER!!! I am soooooo disappointed!!!

Love the products overall, but 2 of them were delivered broken.

These bins are really nice, and I really wanted to purchase many more but my first shipment came with one broken then the replacement shipment came with two broken. The shipping is horrible for these. They don't use any packing material to protect them from breaking during shipment, so they are broken on delivery. It took two sets of three bins to just get three that are in great shape. They are big so returning them is a hassle with the size of the boxes. I don't recommend these from here. You probably won't get three in one box that are all usable. In the pictures the first three are from shipment number one and the last two are from the second shipment.
