Wrong qty and received with broken lid. Took me 3 representatives to resolve the qty issue and no way to resolve the broken lid! Worst customer service ever!

I am a volunteer for the SOZO kids in the Ocala national forest. Each year we process Christmas presents to the unfortunate children living in poverty. This year we had 200 children we send gifts to using your 19 gallon totes, unfortunately 4 of these totes were not used due to the lids breaking. But overall the totes work great. We tried to get replacement lids and were unsuccessful.

These totes hold a lot without being too bulky, and the stackable design saves so much space. The lid snaps on tightly, which is great for keeping out dust and moisture.

I bought a few of these for moving to my new house and they were PERFECT for transporting my belongings. They are now being used to storage in my basement and are still in perfect condition.
