Buyer beware… product description states 13 H X 5.25 W X 9.5 D Posted. They are not 13” h They are much shorter. These are not the taller narrow bins described. One photo posted is difficult to see what you are getting. Wayfair sent the wrong item wrong measurements. Not the product listed. A 5-15 refund offered… then 25 refund. I’m being given a discount on an item they did not send…. And instead I have containers that I don’t need but can pay 75 for. Crazy. A full refund is being offered for the item I did not receive ONLY if I return the item they randomly sent - the closest drop location they can accommodate is an hour drive from my house. I did not receive the item. A refund should be issued. The accidental item they sent, if I choose to send it back should be picked up or drop off should be within 10km of my home.
