To my dismay two of the four storage containers arrived like this last night. One was broken and the other missing a handle. I cannot speak to a person who resides in the United States all the calls are routed overseas. The agent will not transfer me to a supervisor. I submitted an online request and was told I must wait to hear back from the manufacturer for this issue to be resolved. I PURCHASED THROUGH WAYFAIR AND PAID THROUGH WAYFAIR. WAYFAIR NEEDS TO HANDLE THIS. I tried to do an online chat this morning and asked to speak to a supervisor at least 4 times. On the last attempt Porchi told me she would locate a Supervisor and get back to me in two minutes. PORCHI NEVER RETURNED TO THE CHAT. I have always loved Wayfair and have been a loyal customer for at least 15 years now. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS WENT COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. Given the way I was treated on this recent purchase I will NEVER ORDER FROM WAYFAIR AGAIN.

I love everything about these storage bins, the wheels, the size and capacity plus they seem sturdy. I will be using them to replace smaller sized bins.
