Sterilite Plastic Storage Bin Container

Came in only thin product box with no additional protective packaging. Box and product arrived broken.

I regret not putting more stock in the poor reviews. One of the four bins arrived with a hairline fracture and it's completely unusable. Received a 20% refund for this. This product is very expensive for what you get.

Items that arrived were not as advertised on the site - fewer boxes and wrong dimensions. Also, one of the items was smashed during the shipping. Unfortunately, we had to send them back. Fingers crossed for a suitable replacement.

completely false advertisement and wayfair does nothing to correct it. huge time drain talking with the useless customer service rep . they took the return and refunded the money but now i have to shop for these again, not to mention the time waiting for the money back and the 30 plus minutes of chat involved to do this. never ordering on wayfair again.

Perfect for my yarn and fabric storage.

2 broken tubs delivered unable to be used. Gasket is a piece of styrofoam that does not fit and must be tucked in nearly with each use. Some were broken as well.

Just as expected, seems sturdy and appears to have a good weather seal. I appreciate how solid the locking latches feel. 31924 update changed from 5 stars to 3. Still appreciate the quality and sturdiness, but even after sitting these outside for days, the chemical smell is still very strong. Don’t know how long it will take to off-gas, but anything stored in these totes smells strongly of plastic.

The box came showing zero indications of any damage. I opened the box and unpacked them. I noticed severe damage on 2 of them on the corners. The other one wasn't damaged but like the two damaged ones they were completely missing handles on the same sides. The fourth container along with the 4 lids are missing. Just unbelievable especially when I was counting on them.

Items received was different than the photos shown. Items were also damaged upon arrival. Chatted with customer service and even confirmed the SKU was correct after showing the screen shot of the items I wanted. A replacement order for received VERY quickly, BUT still the wrong items sent. Chatted with customer service again to discover the SKU is correct for what I received, but it’s not the photos showing with the bin’s measurements description on the website and that specific SKU. You see how that’s confusing for the consumer, right
