My experience when the item arrived and it was not as advertised, it was supposed to be 36 totes for $300 not six. The customer service person that I initially spoke to was so bad I hung up. I should not have to call back and start all over with a second customer service person you should research this. They acted like I was just being picky. They were not accepting the fact that the item you advertised was in accurate improperly priced and your website was broken the second customer service agent and I spoke with finally understood the situation as she looked at the inventory and she looked at your website and she could see the astronomical prices in the inaccurate information. I would like a $50-$100 credit because I would like to purchase from you again, but you wasted a lot of my time and the pieces that were sent to me were actually broken so not only do you have a computer problem in inventory problem of pricing problem you also have a customer service problem.

Booo! Product page said 36, but only received 6 and customer service isn't doing anything about it

Great for storage. Size is good. When filled it is not too heavy for us older folks to handle.

I needed containers for my children's homeschooling books and activity sheets. I wanted to find containers that is easy for me to organize things. This is why I love the Sterilite shelftotes because it's durable, it makes organizing easier for me, and when I need something from a certain curriculum I can just grab it. I like to stack them so it doesn't take a of space also. Such a great help to me and my children!

I have several these that I use to store items in. They stack nicely in my closet. They also stay sealed.
