Adjustable Bike Rack DBR-9262CP

This would have been a great bike rack if my walls were sturdier. As soon as I tightened the top part of the rod, it busted a hole through my ceiling and since I'm renting, I have to find a way to repair it out-of-pocket. I would recommend using Eva Foam as a softer barrier to allow for the rod to push up against something softer rather than just having it up on the ceiling. As far as placement, it wasn't hard to find a location for the tension rod and fairly easy to assemble quickly.

Perfect. We have an 8 ft garage ceiling so we don't have the one bike up too high. We put the least used bike at the top and my husband's bike is on the ground to offer added balance for the pole (which isn't really necessary as it appears to be very sturdy) but on the bracket. It still frees up space as it stands upright and the kickstand isn't down. We have my bike right next to the bottom bike. I installed this by myself but it helps to have one other person with a level to ensure the pole is vertically level on all sides. If you overextend it, it will cause the pole to bow outwards so do NOT over-tighten it which is my personal recommendation. To be safe, I mounted stop blocks on the ceiling to prevent any accidental slippage. Better safe than sorry. Overall, I would recommend this product and love the added space it gives us in the garage. Delivery was fairly quick considering the current backlog in shipments worldwide.

I was super skeptical setting it up because it just didn’t seem like it would sturdy enough to hold our mountain bikes.. but it seems to be doing the job!
