Do not believe this photo or I must have received the "others". Rails are definitely not pre-installed. Having rails pre-installed affected my purchase decision and I am very disappointed that I was mislead on this site. Not sure how final product will be since it will take me days to put together.

It was smaller than I was expecting but it fits perfectly where I needed it. I like building furniture, so it was not hard. The instructions were very helpful.

This is a beautiful drawer tower for your closet. There are quite a few pieces but instructions are easy to follow and it was easy to put together. They even made the drawers and drawer slides section easy to put together if you’re doing it yourself. I would recommend two people, it would go faster. It took me about 3 hours to put together by myself. The drawers are soft close which is great. And the handles are nice and sturdy. I do wish the drawers were deeper but it can work. I stopped putting in the drawers because you can’t add it to the wall with the drawers in. I’m going to have to unscrew them to attach to my wall first. The drawers are screwed in, it’s not like regular drawers that you can just roll in and out. But if you’re going to have it freestanding then you don’t have to worry about that. Overall, I would definitely recommend. Item feels very sturdy. Happy Shopping!

There are not enough stars for this piece. I am ashamed to say that pic 1 & 2 are what my closet looked like before. "What a mess" Nothing I did could fix the problems. I was afraid I might not be able to do this. Was I surprised! The hardest part was being sur I found the studs. Pic 3 & 4 are after. 20 pairs of jeans & 15 sweatshirts tucked away in the draws. Room for my 39 pairs of shoes tucked away under and on the sides. I plan on buying more of this line to complete my closet. CALIFORNIA CLOSETS COULD NOT DO BETTER.

Extremely happy with this product. Looks like a professional product and works very well. The assembly and installation was very easy but you do need two people to balance and level the shelves. Highly recommend.
