I have ordered this and in the wrong item was sent. I requested a replacement and the replacement was still the wrong Iron.  since I can’t seem to get the right iron, I don’t know how it works, but at this point, I’m sending everything back. I’m over it.

This straightner is easy to use- it is so smooth on my thin, curly hair and doesnt seem to damage as much as other straightners I have used. I just got it but so far lives up to what it says it will do. So far, so good!
