The materials are high quality! The assembly, though, is questionable. I am not willing to use a pipe wrench and potentially destroy the rack, which seems to be the only way to MAYBE get the rack assembled in the correct configuration. I decided not to find out, and to return the item instead, as the instructions clearly state not to twist too tightly. See attached picture for "completed" assembly.
