Opened box and there were broken pieces of plastic loose in box. Not sure where they broke off from as I don't want to remove it from the box until its opened as a gift.

Unfortunately this item did not hold up super well. After a few uses the wheels broke off and the handles wouldn’t close.

Great for storing art supplies

I ordered this gorgeous suitcase toolbox for my acupuncture practice. I travel and provide acupuncture treatments, and this product looked perfect for my needs. The height is just right to set items on and access easily. The silver metal exterior is beautiful. The drawers are really useful. The spaces are ideal for my needs. The wheels roll like a dream. So, what's the problem? The problem is that the black plastic hardware it's constructed with is designed to break after one month of use. Half of this product was designed to be amazing, and the other half was designed to break. After my first month of using the product, the black plastic handle on the left side snapped off. Luckily, the one on the right still closed, so I could still use the product, but was no longer able to attempt to carry it down any stairs. I could live with this flaw. The flaw I'm having more and more trouble living with is the retractable plastic handle. One side works well, and the other side is broken. So, when I lift up the handle, I have to make sure that the metal tube doesn't fully come out from the other one, thereby, breaking the handle mechanism, entirely. This is really annoying, because I need to roll the case around, a lot, and the handle is becoming increasingly broken every time it's used. Just today, I made the foolish attempt to roll the case up five steps, slowly, one at a time. It was fine until step number 3, at which point the actual handle I was holding broke nearly in half. I was able to press it all back together, but I know this suitcases travel ability is nearly at an end. Pretty soon it's going to have to find a home, and just stay in place. So, if you are thinking about getting this partially stellar, partially terrible product, then here are my thoughts. If you plan on keeping it in one place more than travelling with it, then go ahead and get it. If you plan on travelling with it, a lot, then buy a higher quality product. I absolutely love this suitcase, except for all of its hardware defects. If they offered a higher end version that was made to last, then I would definitely buy it. Here's the solution, change the hardware from cheap black plastic to titanium, and all the problems would be solved. So, I gave it one star for looking awesome, a second star for being perfect for my needs, a third star for rolling around so well, and left the two stars off the top for the cheap, black plastic hardware. If you plan on keeping it in one place, then definitely buy it, it's great when it's in one place. If they upgrade this product, I will be the first one to buy it. I hope this helps! -Brian

Love it! One thing is I would make it a little more sturdy and I think four Mills would be a lot easier for moving around

This is my most favorite thing in the whole world now that I own it! I truly adore this compact, yet very extensive and accessible tool kit. As a painter, this has become literally priceless to me! I can keep all of my painting materials and even smaller canvases in this awesome rolling kit!
