Extremely fragile. Delivered broken. Made out of ceramic or some kind of pottery.

I wasn't really sure what I would be getting but this was a very quality piece

Was surprised when I opened the box, it is bigger than I thought but beautiful. I will place my prayer requests in the box and remove them when they all come to pass! Amen

This is a sturdy piece and is actually much larger/heavier than I'd anticipated. People will use a box like this for whatever particular items they choose. (For my part, I wanted to find a box that would hold a small vial containing some of my recently-deceased mother's ashes. She was extremely faithful and devout in her religious beliefs and I appreciated this particular design.) The box is more than capable of holding any amount of jewelry or items. Other members of my extended family have bought the same item and they are equally impressed.

It was a bit smaller than it appeared in the photo but it was an excellent gift for a Bible Study instructor who was teaching Old Testament.

This was a Valentine's Day gift for my husband. It isn't shiny, but has a soft luster to it. He is a big fan of the Indiana Jones movies, so this seemed like a perfect gift for him. He loves it.

I am very happy with this purchase! Although in the picture it appears to be made of metal, I read enough reviews to understand it is actually gold-painted on resin. If it accidentally gets dropped on a hard surface, it is likely to crack and/or break but otherwise, it is lovely. The inside is lined with a black velvet-like fabric and I've had no problems with it shedding.
