Arlex 32'' Closet System

Items are very heavy and came heavily damaged & missing hardware from busted box.

Very pleased so far! Ordered this as the first piece of our DIY closet renovation! Already ordered and assembled coordinating piece 2. Pieces are very solid and sturdy. Boxes are very very heavy. Took two people an hour to assemble. Have screwdriver, hammer, and drill on hand.

One of the boxes came damage with missing part. Instructions need improvement. Outside label should include the pictures of the actual product to help consumers easily identify the products without having to open the all the boxes. It gets really hard when you order different pieces and can’t tell which box is.

The bottom right was not taped properly and has no white finish in it ! Please sent new part !

This is a heavy, beautiful piece of furniture. It looks exactly as pictured. It loses stars though on packaging and instructions. This came in 2 boxes. Box 2 was well packed and all pieces were protected and fine. Box 1, which has the largest pieces, was not as well packed and the edges of every single piece were damaged. We decided to keep them because mostly the damage would not be seen once built, but very frustrating. This should have been shipped as 3 boxes to ensure the heavier pieces could be better protected. The instructions are horrible. All of the hardware is mixed together in the same bag, none of it marked, which made the process of identifying and separating more complicated than it needed to be. The drawings in the instructions are not easy to follow, and there was at least one place where the image was wrong (showed a piece going on one way, then several pictures later it was different). First picture shows damaged edges due to inadequate packaging. Second picture shows finished product.
