True to color. It does slide on flooring when you step on peddle to open top. You do need some space from wall to prevent scraping. A little difficult with these arthritic hands to place the bag (and remove). It is soft close. Overall I’m satisfied with purchase, pricing and color.

Love the color, step-on and the soft-close features of this wastebasket! It's the perfect size for our kitchen. I like that it's oval and not square, because some item can get stuck in the corners. It appears to be made well and overall, it's a great value for the price. Im please!
