The parts had all the covered end to tubes off. (see picture) not picture, some of them was bent. Also the tubing was bent.. (see picture) two are corner post and the rest was inner. I put the two corner one on opposite side and corners. The other i spaced out. This was the last one so felt i could return it or get parts. MY FEAR IS THAT THE SNOW LOAD WILL BE LESS. WE WILL SEE.

Assembly is easy for one person. The pipe and joints are fine. The cover ratchet strap attachment is good. The cover itself is not good, two years in the sun and its brittle and done, toast. Wayfair doesn't offer replacement covers, a fatal flaw. Its 10-foot wide at the base but only 8-foot wide at the eve, not good. The $180 Harbor Freight 10x17 is 10-foot wide all the way up, the pipes are better, the cover ratchet attachment is the same, the cover last 4 years and the replacement cover is available from harbor Freight for $100 with free shipping.

We haven't put up yet, trying to get area ready. Only problem we had was the delivery from Fed-Ex, but your customer service representives were very helpful and said if any damage to the tent, let them know and they would make right. Thank you very much for your service.
