I like this utility cart as I think it will hold all my tools and make them mobile from room to room. There were some missing bits of hardware but when I sent an email to customer service, they answered immediately with an apology and the missing bits were on their way the very next day! Great customer service at Wayfair. I did not want to send this back so I'm glad it turned out this way!

Great cart - just wish they did not short-ship on screws and nuts! Annoying!
