I purchased do I can use it in my van, I was a little disappointed on the way the funnel connects to the can, there was some liquid spilling out. Other than that it’s pretty good.

Great price. Lighter gauge steel than you might expect if you have ever used the military version. The can itself is solid, but the connection point between the can and the spout leaks fuel all over the ground and the item you're attempting to fuel. Yes, it is made in China and it is JUNK.

A little different than I used when I was in the marines. But. I love how the cap seals down. I filled it upto the fill line and closed it off. Drove home. If fell over in the back of my truck and slid all over the place and not one drop leaked out got it to put on my utv

The same Jerry can is much more locally and doesn't come in the nice army green color. Husband is very please with the purchase as it is well made.

I wanted to like this can. It's fairly bare-bones, which was expected (no flame arrestor, dull paint) but I didn't mind that. However, the first time I put gas in it in the morning and checked on it in the afternoon, (about a 15°F difference), it had deformed at the top and looked like someone had hit it with a soft-faced hammer. Neither can I bought sits flat on the floor now, and are more like rocking horses. I would recommend you spend $15 more at a Tractor Supply or Harbor Freight and get the Midwest Can version. While that one doesn't have a cam-lock closure (standard screw top like typical plastic cans), it's far sturdier and maintains its shape when you put gas in it. These are, sadly, pretty-much garbage. I'm just hoping they don't burst open when it gets really warm in the summer. Having a lot of buyer's remorse. I can't even get my money back because of Wayfair's return policy. Would recommend that, unless you can afford a throw-away, you do not buy this can. It's way too flimsy.

Excellent value, it's steel & should last a lifetime. I got one from another vendor that was aluminum, it got squashed in the trunk & developed leaks! This one is far stronger!

This will work great for our 1989 Ford Bronco that the gas gage stopped working after the hard cold winter of 2020.
