False advertising. It is NOT 18" square as advertised at time of purchase; it is closer to 15.5" square and, of course, smaller on the inside. As such, it won't hold as much as a customer would expect. Next, the item is impossible to return as the box and materials in which it arrived would be complicated to reconstruct and, in any case, I would be charged for the return fees. (This is a very heavy box, so it would be expensive.) Next, during the checkout process, Wayfair's "At a Glance" note showed showed "assembly required" and offered on-site assembly for $86.99. It seemed to me odd that assembly would be needed on a box of this design, so I purchased it without on-site assembly. Sure enough, it arrived fully assembled. Is Wayfair's note a lure to get customers to pay another $86.99 for nothing? Incompetence or dishonesty, Wayfair?
